The fourth key area of resource management for the Incorporation is the medium to long-term investment (or reinvestment) into other opportunities for Mangatu. This is where relevant and appropriate financial resources are invested into property, businesses, and equities to improve further the outcomes for shareholders.

Investments to date, and for the foreseeable future, have focused on the expansion of the food and carbon businesses of Mangatu. The Incorporation is also looking into investing further into commercial buildings and other assets which are serviced/utilised by its subsidiaries – converting potential external expenses into internal revenues.

As financial outcomes improve for Mangatu so too will the domino affect of reinvestment and recycling of profits to consolidate long-term returns to the Incorporation.
